Young Entrepreneurship Starter (YES) is a young leader incubation platform, mainly to train and cultivate young people aged 16-40 to become the elites who will influence the world and become the pillars of the future. In today's society, there are many young people who are too confused about their future, have no orientation and lose their way, especially middle school, college graduates, dropouts and unemployed youths. YES provides a professional skills university diploma that can help young people obtain a Malaysian qualification certification framework through workplace training without paying huge tuition fees, and plan their careers at the same time.

On Job Training, re-training in the mode of experience certification and practical learning, additional training, new training Obtain university cooperation and support, and extend the Diploma from the Professional Certification of the Professional Skills of the Malaysian Qualification Framework.

Through On Job Training, students do not need to have excellent secondary school grades and company would also sponsor excellence students. The on-the-job training model will use a little academic and more technical elements, allowing participating students to obtain professional certification diplomas through 17 learning modes.

On Job Training model will be matched with the M100 companies in Malaysia. The trainees must go to the designated company for workplace training, and go to the designated meeting place or university for academic training on Saturday or Sunday.

We Provide Unique Professional Skill Certification

With over 1,957 industries training define under the On Job Training framework, unique and rare subjects are also included,  students can now trained to become professionals in the designated field and receive professional certification as well.

On Job Training is a program with an aim to skill up individual through series of practical learning and professional training in the workplace. Unskilled talent and fresh school leavers can now acquire skills at the workplace guided by skill and experience supervisors. Thus, trainees can also acquired their professional knowledge from lecturers at universities and improvised through practical learning at work. 

Professional Certificate, Industry Certification or Professional Designation is a 'stamp of approval' that a person can earn from an organization, demonstrating to employers and their clients that an individual has achieved a particular standard of excellence in their field of work.
